Order Processing Time


Orders placed after time will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options:

 - Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 
- Track your order via our carrier partners. 

2. Shipping Restrictions

- PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses may have limited shipping options. 
- Some locations (remote/rural areas) may experience longer delivery times.   

3.. Missing or Damaged Orders

- Contact us within 10 days of delivery for missing/damaged items. 
- Include your order number and photo proof (if damaged).

You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.



Shipping Restrictions

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to availability or warehouse locations.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Holiday Shipping & Peak Season Delays

Due to high order volumes during holidays and peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), shipping times may be longer than usual.

We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

Changes to Shipping Address

Shipping addresses can only be modified within 12 hours of placing an order.

After shipment, address changes are not possible.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
